As a Senior Customer Coordinator for Sanofi Genzyme in Amsterdam, you will play a crucial role in global delivery. You are the first point of contact for local Sanofi Supply Chain teams and provide clear insight into order status and deliveries, including invoices and claims. You monitor inventory statuses and take proactive action in the upstream Supply Chain. You coordinate and manage challenging delivery and finance exceptions, such as inventory issues, delays, or payment matters. Your expertise is essential in the order process : from order acceptance to ensuring all necessary shipping documentation. As Senior Customer Coordinator work closely with the global 3PL and ensure the correct documentation. You decisively report and follow up on deviations, complaints, and claims, and ensure the internal customer is fully informed. You guarantee the correct setup and maintenance of master data , in close collaboration with the Material, Customer and Contract Master Data Specialist. You manage customer demand, minimize the impact of short-term changes on planning, and identify and realize improvement opportunities. You represent market demand requirements in the End-to-End supply chain and proactively challenge teams regarding delivery requirements and accelerated shipments to tightly manage the transportation budget. You continuously improve the 'Ways of Working' and share best practices.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Customer Service role within a similar sector.
• An academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Operation, or a comparable relevant qualification.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to build and maintain networks.

Employment Conditions Yacht offers an attractive package of employment conditions including:

Primary Employment Conditions

• A good salary, between € 3.500 - €4.000 gross per month based on 40 hours (entry level depends on knowledge and work experience);

Contract Form

• A contract for the duration of the assignment: 6 months for first intstance;
