The Talent Institute creates talent development programs in digital growth & innovation for the next generation of young professionals. We teach our talent everything there is to learn about digital growth and innovation, and we connect them with the finest and most innovative startups, scale-ups & corporates.
Over the past 3.5 years we’ve successfully run over 26 Growth Hacking Traineeship programs, educated over 450 young professionals and connected these talents to companies like Rituals, Vandebron, Bunq, Temper & 400 other fast growing companies.
As the Head of Sales, you have a highly entrepreneurial role in which you will be fully responsible for the sales of our Growth Hacking Traineeship programs. This means that you are end-to-end responsible to find and convert the fastest growing startups & scale-ups to join our program. You will build relationships with the founders and executives of these companies and help them grow through our trained pool of young professionals. You have full freedom to create new ways to attract business, manage current relationships, and use the latest online sales tools to support your sales strategy. You will have a direct influence on further growth of The Talent Institute by attracting new clients, establishing new partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and growing sales from existing accounts.
