A leading independent corporate finance advisory firm in the Netherlands is seeking a Director to strengthen its Amsterdam office. The firm focuses on mid‑market M&A (sell‑side & buy‑side), valuations, and strategic growth advisory, supporting entrepreneurs, family businesses, and mid‑sized corporates across multiple sectors.

Role Overview:

As Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role in deal origination, client management, and execution. You will drive business development, lead teams through full transaction cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to founders and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute mid‑market M&A transactions end‑to‑end
• Originate new mandates and expand the firm’s market presence
• Manage client relationships and oversee project teams
• Develop juniors and ensure high‑quality delivery across all assignments
• Leverage your network to source opportunities and build long‑term partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance
• Proven dealmaker with successful transaction experience
• Strong personal network in Amsterdam / Randstad
• Currently living in Amsterdam or nearby
• Fluent Dutch speaker (required)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a practice
