CFO Opportunity – Lead Finance at a $350M Growth-Driven Company

Your Responsibilities

• Treasury – Leading a team of 2, managing an asset-based credit line (ABN AMRO & ING), handling KYC checks, and overseeing EUR/USD hedging.
• Accounting & Tax – Managing a team of 5, overseeing 35+ legal entities, and running operations in Business Central (Navision ERP).
• Corporate Reporting – Managing financial consolidation in Lucanet and annual audits with Grant Thornton.
• Business Performance Analysis – Delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Planning & Analysis – Leading annual budgeting and monthly performance tracking via MS Excel, Power BI, and structured reporting packages.
• Strategic & Operational Impact – Identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth across the business.

Who We’re Looking For

• People-First Leadership – Ability to develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team.
• Stakeholder Management – Confidently engage with internal (Board, Commercial, Operations) and external (ABN AMRO, Grant Thornton, Belastingdienst) stakeholders.
• Strategic Finance Expertise – Deep knowledge across finance, accounting, tax, and treasury.
• Tech-Savviness – Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, consolidation tools, and Power BI.
• CFO Experience Not Required – If you have strong finance leadership experience and the ambition to step into this role, we encourage you to apply.

Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.
