At the Fiduciary Management department of Van Lanschot Kempen, you are involved in the complete investment process for our institutional clients, such as pension funds and insurers. This covers everything from determining a strategic investment policy, to implementing investments, and integrating ESG into policies and execution. From day one, you are a full member of our team and are given the space and responsibility to serve our clients together with your colleagues.

As a Fiduciary Management Analyst at Van Lanschot Kempen, you are keen to use your talents to further develop the process-related aspects of fiduciary management and to optimize the Operations and IT chain. You are enthusiastic, analytical, and enjoy collaborating with various departments. Additionally, you\'ll be involved in:

• Advising clients on the full investment policy and its implementation;
• Developing financial analyses and solving complex (financial and/or quantitative) issues;
• Constructing portfolios for fiduciary clients and accounting for the achieved results, both financially (performance) and non-financially (sustainability and service quality);
• Pursuing innovative, sustainable solutions for our clients. AI plays a crucial role in this by optimizing processes and offering new insights. We are looking for a colleague who can use AI in a responsible and personal way;
• Keeping up with and responding to changing regulations and their impact on clients, mainly Dutch pension funds.

You look ahead and ask the right questions. Your interest in investing and your analytical skills serve you well. You are able to convince others of your ideas, enjoy working with colleagues from different departments, like to work in a project-based way, and are not afraid of deadlines.

Additionally, you have:

• A Master\'s degree in finance or business administration;
• 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant field such as consulting, asset management, or another financial function is a plus;
• A strong collaborative mindset;
• Interest in pension funds, process optimization, projects, and efficiency initiatives;
• Knowledge of AI tools;
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

The Fiduciary Management & Institutional Solutions department is responsible for servicing institutional clients (pension funds and insurers) who fully or partially outsource their asset management to us. We offer these services in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The team consists of 24 employees, with financial services experience ranging from a few years to more than 25 years.
