Head of Development

In this role you will be leading a team of 20 engineers in a relatively immature environment. The team is building trading systems for different asset markets.

Translate the long‑term vision into a new way of doing things, as the current processes no longer match company ambitions.
Bring structure and useful processes into a fast‑growing/chaotic organization.

We are looking for someone who has been in a similar role in a software scale‑up, with experience in the trading business or data‑heavy environments.

Requirements

Experience in a similar leadership role with an engineering background.
Experience professionalizing dynamic tech environments.
Experience with trading or data‑heavy software applications.

Compensation

Up to €150,000 + bonus + secondary benefits.

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
