Join Europe's leading designer outlet group and help shape the success of world-class fashion and lifestyle brands. Based at our flagship McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Roermond, you'll support the Retail Manager in driving store performance, analysing results, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
What you'll be doing...
  • Build strong relationships with brand partners, providing insights to improve sales and service.
  • Analyse performance data and prepare reports to track key KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, ATV).
  • Support store operations, retail reviews, and training sessions to maintain McArthurGlen's high standards.
  • Work with Marketing, Guest Experience, and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and events.
  • Assist with new store openings, audits, and day-to-day retail projects.

To be successful you'll bring...
  • Retail management and fashion industry experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Energetic, proactive, and fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
