Within the Client Service role you will be at the epicenter of all products and services Circana delivers to her clients. You will be in contact with the operational- and commercial side of Circana and, of course, with your clients. You know your way around the vast diversity of teams and can connect with anyone in or outside the organization. Understanding the data deliveries and how the clients use it for their business. Being in control of the different processes, such as report and database changes and quality control. Ensuring a consistent experience for all clients, regardless of size or commercial significance. Training clients on our software. Are an ambitious (young) professional and have a great deal of affinity with data and technology. Have provable skills and understanding of Excel and BI tools. Are fluent both in Dutch and English Working at Circana means working in an environment in which you can excel. WFH (work from home) and commute allowance. Home office set up.
