In this mission, we are searching for our Business Area Property Analysis & Valuation in Amsterdam an employee with immediate effect as You will drive the establishment and maintenance of frameworks for ongoing performance reviews and event-driven facility changes You will collaborate closely with various internal deal teams, including Originators, Underwriters, and Transaction Management, to efficiently resolve execution issues You are an experienced real estate professional with a minimum of 10 years experience in the field, including real estate development, finance, and valuation for bank lending You hold a graduate degree or MBA, with RICS and/or HypZert qualification or progress towards it preferred You possess excellent written and spoken Dutch and English, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and property valuation software You thrive in a team-oriented environment, balance decisiveness with risk awareness, and are committed to setting and achieving the highest standards We look forward to team players with strong communication skills who tackle life with an open attitude and look forward to further developing with us.
