This is a hands-on IT role supporting infrastructure across the Netherlands and Germany, with some users located across wider Europe and the UK. You'll be responsible for: Systems & Infrastructure Support Maintain and support Navision BC / Navision 2009 (and other ERP systems) Build, configure, and repair hardware and software Troubleshoot servers, networks, and security issues Run preventative maintenance Administer IT security across servers, computers, and network equipment Helpdesk & On-Site Support Provide Level 1/2 support to staff across EU regions Manage and track support tickets Support remote and on-site users Set up networks, production/process equipment, and IT installations Projects & Documentation Contribute to IT projects and operational improvements Update technical documentation and work schedules Assist operations teams with new processes and systems Travel & Coverage On-site role in the Netherlands Travel to Germany 5 days per month (typically 3 weeks NL, 1 week Germany) Experience & Qualifications Fluent in English Strong experience with ERP System - Navision BC/2009 Background in IT customer support or system administration Experience supporting remote users Skills & Strengths Advanced hardware repair and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Confident communicator (written and verbal) Self-starter with a practical mindset Team-oriented with problem-solving ability Work for a global sustainability-focused tech leader Support major European operations in a visible, hands-on role Competitive salary and international exposure Be part of a mission-driven business shaping circular IT solutions Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (with travel to Germany – 5 days per month) Salary: €43,000 – €65,000 Contract: Full-time, on-site with European travel
