HEAD OF SALES NETHERLANDS
Bel Benelux is looking for a bold and visionary Head of Sales Netherlands to drive growth and transformation in the Dutch market. Reporting directly to the General Manager Benelux, Jean-David Thumelaire, and as a key member of the Benelux Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Bel’s commercial strategy and execution in the Netherlands. Our ambition is to double the size of our Dutch business within the next five years and become the champion of Healthy Snacking. To achieve this, we are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can drive profitable growth across existing channels such as Retail and OOH, while identifying and developing new routes to market.
You will lead a team of six people, including the Sales Manager Retail and team, the Key Account Manager OOH, and the Category Manager. You will foster collaboration, challenge conventions, and ensure Bel Netherlands continues to grow as a dynamic, innovative, and consumer-driven business.
