Head of Sales (BE/NL/FR)

SnowWorld Group — Europe’s leading operator of indoor ski resorts and leisure destinations — is a rapidly growing organization with 10 locations across 4 countries. We’re looking for a results-driven and inspiring Head of Sales BE/NL/FR to lead our commercial activities across Belgium, The Netherlands, and France.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and empower a talented regional sales team across B2C, B2B, and reseller/travel industry partnerships.
  • Define and execute the commercial sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients, resellers and ski destination partners.
  • Negotiate key commercial agreements and partnerships, ensuring long-term profitability and growth.
  • Use data and insights to steer performance, forecast results, and optimize commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver integrated business performance.
  • Travel regularly to our SnowWorld locations across the region to maintain strong local engagement and customer relationships.
  • Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and play an active role in the Commercial Leadership Team.

Desired Experience

  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • A strong track record in driving revenue growth — ideally within leisure, hospitality, tourism, or sports.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close commercial deals effectively.
  • Strategic thinking paired with a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
  • A collaborative, energetic leader who thrives in an international and fast‑paced environment.
