Join Avantor as a HR Manager – Netherlands Location: Hybrid (Netherlands) | Team Size Supported: ~300 employees across 5 sites | Language Requirements: Fluent in Dutch & English We are seeking a HR Manager who is deeply experienced in all aspects of general HR matters. This role provides both operational and strategic HR support for all 300 employees located across 5 business sites. You act as a solid advisor towards people managers and help them better identifying solutions for their team members. Support the HR transformation into a new operating model Proactively supports the deliverance of all the HR Processes associated with the employee life cycle Build strong relationships with internal clients and the wider HR team within the Europe, the COE's and HR Solutions (TA, Payroll, HRIS and HR SSC) Support and partner with People Managers to lead Avantor associates in line with the Avantor ICARE values and help People Managers to lead Avantor associate in line with HR best practices. 5 years previous experience of working in a professional HR services environment ~ A HR professional who will support their client group and partners with the business to enable and support the business to deliver results ~ Value the importance of data and being able to analyze the data and identify the insights to potential areas for improvement. ~ Ability to present to groups across all areas of the organization, including Senior Management ~ Solid knowledge of Dutch Employment Law A hybrid environment, which allows you to combine working from home and at the office A team of experienced and pleasant colleagues.
