Are you hands-on, accurate, and motivated to work with crops in a dynamic greenhouse environment? As a Crop Worker in Bergschenhoek, you will play a key role in supporting high-quality crop care and greenhouse operations. You’ll join a passionate team, learn multiple crop processes, and contribute to meaningful agricultural work every day. As a Crop Worker B, you’ll support daily greenhouse and crop care activities under the guidance of experienced team members. You will carry out a variety of technical and hands-on tasks, ensure accuracy in plant handling, and help maintain a safe and tidy work environment. You may also guide temporary workers when assigned. Identify and report diseases, pests, and deviations in plant quality Keep the greenhouse and workspaces clean and organized Prepare and clean facilities before and after crop cycles Guide or supervise temporary workers during assigned tasks Use and operate greenhouse tools and equipment Monday to Friday (day shift only) Over het bedrijf Our client is an international leader in the agricultural and crop-science sector, known for developing innovative and sustainable solutions in plant breeding and production.
