This is a permanent position based in Terneuzen, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of workshop teams and ensuring the achievement of operational objectives and high-quality service delivery. As a Workshop Supervisor you will coordinate, guide, and support the team to achieve operational targets, deliver high-quality services, and continuously improve processes. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of workshop teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high-quality standards. Monitor performance and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and hands-on support to enhance team skills and effectiveness. Collaborate with other teams and departments to align workshop activities with overall service and business objectives. Ensure the quality and accuracy of maintenance planning and related processes through close communication with stakeholders. Prioritize and assign tasks to make the most effective use of team resources and meet operational goals. Develop and improve workshop maintenance routines and train employees on maintenance procedures, standards, and management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with asset management or maintenance planning systems. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to perform overtime or weekend work when needed.
