We're looking for a Logistics & Delivery Advisor with Dutch and English to ensure seamless package administration and delivery support. Deliver top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat in Dutch and English Manage logistics tasks: track packages, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with consumers, vendors, and partners. Stay up to date on client policies, products, and services. Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good knowledge of English (B2 and above).
