IT Systems Engineer

Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) is a global leader in IT asset disposition (ITAD), secure electronics reuse, and responsible recycling. From our Circular Centre in Eindhoven, we refurbish, resell, and recover IT equipment for major global clients, helping to extend product lifecycles and reduce environmental impact.

This is a hands-on IT role supporting infrastructure across the Netherlands and Germany, with some users located across wider Europe and the UK.

You'll be responsible for:

Systems & Infrastructure Support

• Maintain and support Navision BC / Navision 2009 (and other ERP systems)
• Build, configure, and repair hardware and software
• Troubleshoot servers, networks, and security issues
• Run preventative maintenance
• Administer IT security across servers, computers, and network equipment
  

Helpdesk & On-Site Support

• Provide Level 1/2 support to staff across EU regions
• Manage and track support tickets
• Support remote and on-site users
• Set up networks, production/process equipment, and IT installations
  

Projects & Documentation

• Contribute to IT projects and operational improvements
• Update technical documentation and work schedules
• Assist operations teams with new processes and systems
  

Travel & Coverage

• On-site role in the Netherlands
• Travel to Germany 5 days per month (typically 3 weeks NL, 1 week Germany)

Experience & Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Strong experience with ERP System - Navision BC/2009
• Background in IT customer support or system administration
• Experience supporting remote users

• Salary: €43,000 – €65,000
• Contract: Full-time, on-site with European travel
