Transport Planner | English + Dutch B2

• Planning and ensuring a smooth packaging process from A to Z for the company items
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet demand efficiently
• Arrange transport activities, covering domestic and international shipments
• Prepare and manage transport documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Fulfilling administrative and organizational tasks, including material management and control, supplier correspondence and scheduling tasks

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or similar level of knowledge gained through experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a comparable logistics, planning or production role
• Confident using ERP systems, Excel, and Outlook; highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure, organized in your workflow, and clear in your communication.
• Able to engage with different stakeholders and make decisions based on data and logic.
• Fluent in English and Dutch in written and verbal correspondence (B2)
• Open to occasional travel within Europe.
