We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.</p><br><br>Vaardigheden, ervaring, kwalificaties: als u de juiste match bent voor deze functie, zorg er dan voor dat u vandaag nog solliciteert.<br><p><strong>Join Kyndryl Vital — where creativity meets technology.</strong></p><p>At <strong>Kyndryl Vital</strong>, we help organizations reimagine whats possible through design, experimentation, and human-centered innovation.</p><p>Were a global network of designers, technologists, and strategists who bring ideas to life — shaping experiences that truly matter.</p><p>Now, were expanding our BeNeLux studio and looking for a <strong>Creative Technologist</strong> to help us prototype the future.</p><p><strong>What youll do</strong></p><p>Youll sit at the intersection of design and engineering — translating imagination into tangible, testable experiences.</p><p>As a Creative Technologist, you will:</p><ul><li>Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Flutter, etc.) and emerging technologies.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to explore new concepts through rapid experimentation.</li><li>Lead design and prototype review sessions, connecting creative ambition with technical feasibility.</li><li>Bring ideas to life across digital, physical, and hybrid (“phygital”) touchpoints — from mobile to IoT to AI-enabled experiences.</li><li>Embed design thinking and prototyping within delivery frameworks, influencing how innovation scales inside enterprise environments.</li><li>Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of creative exploration.</li></ul><p>Youll be part of a <strong>new, dynamic Vital team</strong> in BeNeLux, working across diverse clients and industries — with the freedom to shape, test, and iterate bold ideas.</p><br><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul><li>You have <strong>5+ years</strong> in creative technology, innovation labs, or similar roles, and a strong portfolio of concept-to-prototype projects.</li><li>You bridge human-centered design and engineering fluently — understanding both creative intent and technical depth.</li><li>Youre experienced with <strong>rapid prototyping</strong>, <strong>UX experimentation</strong>, and tools like Figma, Figma Make, MiroAI, React, Three.js, or Unity.</li><li>You can comfortably discuss feasibility, data integration, and AI/ML applications within design.</li><li>You thrive in collaborative, co-creation environments with clients and multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>You communicate clearly, think systemically, and enjoy turning abstract ideas into something people can touch and feel.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>WCAG guidelines, the EU Accessibility Act</strong> and inclusive design principles.</li><li>Youre fluent in <strong>Dutch and English (C1)</strong>.</li><li><strong>Eligibility for security clearance in the Netherlands</strong> (Dutch or EU citizenship may be required due to customer security requirements).</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong> familiarity with phygital experiences, data-driven design, or enterprise-scale prototyping.
