📍 Location: Netherlands (global travel)

🌍 Travel: Approximately 20–40% internationally, depending on project demand

🔧 About the Role

As a UAV Pilot, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing unmanned aerial survey and inspection missions for a wide range of clients. You’ll work with advanced UAV platforms and sensors while collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams.

• Operate multirotor and/or fixed‑wing UAVs for inspections, mapping, monitoring, and data collection
• Conduct pre‑flight checks, risk assessments, and mission planning
• Manage flight logs, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance
• Process and review collected data for quality assurance
• Travel internationally to support field projects when required
• Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times
• Valid UAV pilot certification (A1/A3, A2, or STS preferred)
• Proven hands‑on flight experience with professional‑grade UAVs
• Strong understanding of EASA regulations and operational standards
• Ability to travel globally for short‑term assignments
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Clean driving licence (EU licence preferred)
• Experience with LiDAR, photogrammetry, thermal imaging, or inspection payloads
• Background in surveying, GIS, engineering, or related fields
• Experience working in dynamic or remote field environments
