What will you do as a Warehouse Teamleader?

As a Warehouse Teamleader, you work closely each day with a team of two colleagues. You ensure that all goods flows run smoothly and efficiently. You are the main point of contact for inventory management and a key link between supply chain and production. No day is the same—and that’s exactly what you enjoy!

You will be based at our location in Schiedam, where the dispatch department plays a crucial role in the production process. The organization is undergoing significant changes, and your fresh perspective is more than welcome.

Your main responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the flow of goods
• Acting as the primary contact for inventory management
• Coordinating with supply chain and production departments
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Checking if goods are correctly packed and labeled, and resolving any discrepancies
• Detecting, analyzing, and processing inventory variances
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Leading and supporting a team of two colleagues in the dispatch department

Wat wij vragen

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a logistics or production environment
• Experience working with an SAP system
• Experience in a warehouse environment using scanners and scan locations
• In possession of a valid forklift certificate
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to maintain oversight and stay calm under pressure
• Able to provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to your direct colleagues
• A curious, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset

• Willingness to work day shifts (07:00 – approx. 16:00, Monday to Friday)
