Retention Strategist / Email & SMS (Account) Manager

OKTOBER is hiring experienced Retention Strategists to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and both clients and brands love us.

What you'll do:

→ Own results & relationship for 4 Shopify brands doing over 5M/y

→ Write your own copy and work with our strong design team to make it bang

→ Grow our collective knowledge by sharing tools, frameworks and ways of thinking

What we're looking for:

→ 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience (non negotiable)

→ Full funnel understanding, not just email metrics (non negotiable)

→ Strong relationship builder and proven client-facing experience (non negotiable)

→ Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience (non negotiable)
