Whom are we looking for?

As an Experienced Project Manager and Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our energy storage projects. Your expertise in the electrical field, coupled with your project management acumen, will guide our projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.

To be successful in this role, you are expected to:

• Lead end-to-end project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to understand client requirements and translate them into comprehensive solutions.
• Design and architect energy storage solutions, ensuring optimal system performance, efficiency, and integration within existing infrastructure.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
• Act as a technical advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on technical aspects of projects.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing project team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in energy storage and electrical systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in project management and solutions architecture within the electrical field, ideally in the energy storage sector.
• Fluency in Dutch and English languages
• Strong technical expertise in energy storage systems, electrical components, and integration.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach to project execution.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
