Senior HR Business Partner

• Partner with VP Data & AI and Marketplace leadership on people-related strategies and priorities.
• Act as an escalation point for HR Business Partners and HR Generalists within your scope.
• Represent the People Department to ensure consistent, high-quality HR guidance.

• Lead organizational design projects and structural changes, including reorganizations.
• Ensure capabilities within the organization align with business goals and targets.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of critical People initiatives (engagement, performance optimization, talent programs).
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and People Services to create tailored solutions for business challenges.
• Contribute to policy optimization and ensure compliance with global HR strategy.

• Proven experience partnering with VP-level and senior leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational design and change initiatives.
• Critical thinking skills with experience in building business cases and strategic solutions.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
