Company information

Our customer, a subsidiary of a power generation company in Japan is going through rapid growth to meet ambitious corporate targets. The portfolio of assets spans a range of technologies including onshore and offshore wind, solar and thermal power plants. The scale and complexity of the business is increasing rapidly as new investments are acquired and assets come on stream.

Job description

The number of working hours is flexible. Responsible for assisting the Administration Manager with the following areas:

  • Coordination of decision-making procedures incl AGM/Board resolutions and document management
  • Online banking operations
  • Office Administration
  • Contract management with suppliers

Job requirements

In order to qualify for this versatile and challenging position, required are at least the following criteria:

  • Fluency in English and Japanese
  • At least 3+ years of experince in the Admin or Finance dept in Japanese companies
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, for example, the 3rd grade of bookkeeping exam issued by The Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI)
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multinational organization and respect cultural differences
  • Valid work permit
