Please Note: Oliver Wyman/MMC operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the Amsterdam office at least 60% of the time.
About the Role:
Are you ready to shape the future of consulting? We are seeking a passionate Senior Recruiting Coordinator to attract junior talent for our Core Consulting and INNOPAY specialist consulting track.
This role predominantly focuses on entry-level recruitment while also addressing experienced hires as needed. By leading strategic initiatives across the Netherlands and European universities and enhancing our employer brand, you will play an integral role in building a diverse candidate pool.
Your responsibilities will include full strategic and operational oversight of the recruiting process in the Netherlands. This involves organizing and attending recruiting events, coordinating assessment days, and ensuring high-quality candidate management throughout the entire process.
What you will be doing:
- Employer Branding:
- Innovate and implement effective branding strategies to boost Oliver Wyman and INNOPAY's visibility at universities and with high-caliber prospects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with target schools and student associations for optimal campus representation.
- Collaborate with local leadership, management, and marketing to enhance employer branding initiatives.
- Recruitment process management:
- Utilize various channels, including direct sourcing and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
- Define skill sets and screening criteria to ensure consistency throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview feedback and offer processes while maintaining high hiring standards.
- Assessment & Selection:
- Process applications and manage communication with candidates and internal teams.
- Co-host interview days, oversee interview documentation, and ensure a smooth scheduling process.
- Continuously improve recruitment methodologies based on candidate and interviewer feedback.
- Candidate Management:
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing inquiries and delivering feedback.
- Maintain recruitment databases to ensure data accuracy and the integrity of candidate information.
- Collaborate effectively with partners and consultants to guarantee smooth recruitment operations.
- Lead local recruiting initiatives and facilitate recruitment processes impacting the Oliver Wyman brand.
This role will suit someone with:
- Experience: 3+ years in entry-level recruitment, ideally in professional services or management consulting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to adopt AI tools for efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing workloads in a fast-paced environment and working autonomously as well as in a team.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- High energy, creativity, initiative-taking, and a strong service focus.
- Methodical, organized, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy with ability to maintain and respect confidentiality.
