The Role
We’re on the lookout for a results-driven Enterprise Business Development Representative to support our growth in the Benelux market . In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of the sales pipeline, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify, engage, and qualify high-value enterprise prospects. You’ll play a key role in shaping first impressions, sparking meaningful conversations, and setting the stage for long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and qualify leads in the Benelux enterprise segment through outbound and inbound channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Research key accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies.
- Book qualified meetings and support the handover to the enterprise sales team.
- Track activity, manage your pipeline, and use tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve outreach, campaigns, and lead generation processes.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in business development/sales
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging C-level stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Experience with or interest in B2B SaaS and enterprise IT is a strong plus.
- You are based in the Netherlands
