HR Generalist

• Advise managers on HR policies, Dutch labor law, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations processes including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
• Act as second-line support for complex HR queries beyond Ask.HR.

• Support performance calibration, talent forums, and training initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding and recruitment processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Collaborate with HR Operations and Centres of Excellence on policy updates and process improvements.
• Keep up to date with Dutch legislation and propose enhancements to HR policies.
• Contribute to HR projects that drive engagement and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience with solid knowledge of Dutch labor law.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
