Your role in the journey

As F&B Supervisor, you will lead by example , train and guide your team, and ensure every guest experiences Authentic Luxury . Your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service
• Motivating and coaching team members
• Maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction
• Supporting inventory management and cost control
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards

What you’ll bring

• Experience in F&B departments
• Natural leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Hands-on mentality and stress-resistant approach
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus
