Job Description Are you a hands-on technical professional with a passion for maintenance and optimization? We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our machines, equipment, and facilities are always in top condition. What You’ll Do In this versatile role, you are the go-to person for maintenance across our production, laboratory, and warehouse. You make sure everything runs smoothly and respond quickly and effectively when needed.
Perform service and maintenance on machines and installations
Manage and update the preventive maintenance program
Troubleshoot and fix issues to minimize downtime
Support and contribute to technical improvement projects
Prepare annual maintenance schedules, including calibrations and contractor work
Assist production, lab, and warehouse teams with maintenance tasks
Communicate clearly with the Plant Manager and other departments
Maintain facilities and buildings
Work is performed in day shift (07:00–15:30) or 2-shift rotation (06:00–14:30 / 13:30–22:00), depending on planning and availability. Your profile
Technical MBO-level education (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics)
Practical experience with machine maintenance is a plus
Problem-solving, quality-focused, and efficient
Team player who can also work independently
Enjoys a clean and safe working environment
Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage

6-month contract (including 1-month trial) with the possibility of a permanent position
Salary range € 3500 - € 4000
25 vacation days + 8 ADV days (based on full-time employment)
