WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You will manage a Controlling Specialist
- Functional management of the reporting by the Finance Managers and Controllers of the foreign entities
- You are responsible for the entire planning, control, and accounting cycle, and you make a difference through your expert financial knowledge
- You report to and work closely with the CFO, providing advice to the Management Team
- You are responsible for preparing external reports and liaise with the external auditor regarding the audit
- You ensure, in collaboration with an external specialist, the development and maintenance of Transfer Pricing policies and coordinate this with (external) stakeholders
- You will inform management weekly about NRF's financial progress and report monthly on the group's P&L, cash flow and balance sheet overviews
- You provide financial information that is used to manage the company using a 12-month rolling forecast that is prepared every quarter
- You maintain effective cash flow planning that provides accurate insight into the company's liquidity forecast and liaise with the banks regarding financing
- You will work closely with the Business Controllers within NRF
- You will maintain close cooperation with various departments within the organisation to coordinate relevant and current cases. These include the Supply Chain, Sales, IT, Business Intelligence and Pricing departments
- You monitor and manage the insurance portfolio for the entire group
- Travel may occasionally be a component of the role
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economics-related field, and optionally supplemented with relevant courses
- RA RA or RC title (or currently in the process of obtaining it) and/or several years of work experience at an accountancy firm is a plus
- Relevant work experience in a similar organization
- You have a digital mindset
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and Microsoft D365 is a plus
- You are proficient in Dutch and English
- You are open to change and able to adapt within an international production and trading organization
- You are accurate and detail-oriented
- You are capable of quickly switching between different tasks
