To support this major initiative, we are looking for a Product Manager with strong IT delivery affinity and extensive experience in online journey testing . You will bring a customer lens to every scenario and ensure that every journey works smoothly, end to end.
You will work alongside Customer Journey Experts, developers, a data analyst, integrators, and a project manager to build, test, and refine critical customer processes.
