About the Role
Our client is an international organization committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience and efficient HR operations. To achieve this, they are seeking an experienced People Services Senior Manager to lead the development and optimization of a centralized People Services & Administration function (for 6 countries, North West Europe). This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, streamlining processes, and providing outstanding service to employees and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
As People Services Senior Manager, you will oversee the full range of administrative HR processes across the employee lifecycle; from onboarding and contract management to offboarding and data integrity. You will design and implement policies, standards, and templates, ensuring all processes comply with local labor laws and internal guidelines. Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, you will collaborate with teams across multiple countries to drive harmonization and continuous improvement.
