about the the organization (Talent & Expertise Group in Global IT) and the x-one program
Randstad moves toward a more global operating company. To support our vision and strategy, we introduced the Talent & Expertise Group (TEG) within Global IT. TEG is the group of about 100+ employees in Global IT, who work on various programs and projects. The functional day to day guidance of the TEG individual is managed with the program/project, TEG is the homebase. In TEG we take care about your personal growth, your HR, your Great Conversations and your training. TEG is organized by communities of practice. Each community is built upon a certain area of expertise. The global implementation manager role is part of the implementation & change management community of practice. Besides the HR function captured within the community of practice, it is also an inspiring place to be and to learn, engage, collaborate with peers in Randstad (local & global) within your specific area of expertise.
As part of the strategy, Randstad is speeding up its digital capabilities and is aiming to work more closely together with the 39 countries in collective leadership. The program that will bring many of these developments together is x-one. Although it started with the front office solution for Sweden and NL, it will become the main front-office platform (r-one) for all Randstad markets in the coming years. The r-one platform (built on Salesforce and Bullhorn technology) will be fully synchronized with omnichannel, data, marketing and IT services solutions. The challenge is to keep all roadmaps and priorities aligned while the core platform is further being developed. We continue to roll out digital solutions to many different markets in parallel and that needs to fit with the design of the new platform. Vice versa, the x-one programs need to take the standards and roadmaps of other digital solutions into account. In addition, the service delivery and talent teams are forming their plans that will impact digital priorities.

With assessing the programs’ compliance posture the Global Validation Team ensures that every global legal, data protection and security aspect is addressed, validated and signed off. In short: ensuring the x-one programs are in line with global guardrails.
The Business Consultant & Intake Coordinator plays a dual role. As a Business Consultant, this role focuses on supporting the end-to-end optimization of the intake to sign off process by identifying and implementing process improvements, and effectively communicating these to key stakeholders. As an Intake Coordinator, this role acts as the first point of contact for intake facilitators, helping to resolve operational challenges and ensuring that the intake process runs smoothly and efficiently.
You coordinate the operational validation process from an intake perspective, providing guidance and expertise to stakeholders regarding the validation of their systems and processes and enabling the sign-off of all relevant topics. You make sure to objectify all feedback in order to make data-driven decisions.
You are reporting to the Global Validation Lead and you will work with other stakeholders across Product and Compliance teams to maintain alignment, drive continuous improvement, and support timely delivery of compliant solutions. Your stakeholders are the global data protection, legal and security officers, the product owners and business analysts from all x-one programs and PMO representatives.
With a proactive and solution-oriented mind you take care of the day-to-day management of (a significant part of) the validation process, improving and optimizing the way of working and making sure all stakeholders adhere to the process agreements, with an outside-in mindset in a multidisciplinary, international, continuously changing environment.
