Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Commerce based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where you are expected to be present at least weekly, with some flexibility for working from home. The Head of Commerce will be responsible for driving sales, further developing and implementing the (e-)commerce strategies, conducting business planning, and overseeing marketing initiatives. The day-to-day tasks will include supporting the sales team by actively chasing leads, managing the overall sales activities, analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with sales execution within the agriculture industry is a must
• Proven track record of rolling out an international reseller and partner management
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Experience in sales and business planning
• Expertise in e-commerce and marketing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
