• Mastery of Mendix (or at least a willingness to attend our Mendix Bootcamp if you're a coding muggle)

• Front-end sorcery (UI, HTML5, CSS3, SASS)
• Agile enchantments
• Bonus points for speaking languages like Dutch, German, or Norwegian (Gandalf would approve)
