The Opportunity With this opportunity, we want to help you grow and gain valuable experience within the HR and Project Management field. Do you have an affinity for projects and do you often take the initiative during university projects? We can give you the stage to put this passion into practice. You will participate in a wide range of HR and L&D projects and initiatives. You will also work together with different departments and colleagues in building out projects, of course with the help and assistance of our HR team. They will help you navigate the Youwe experience, but when in need of help you can of course also turn to fellow team members and other colleagues.   As our Human Resources Intern, your focus areas and key responsibilities will be:

Work independently and within a team to manage HR projects and initiatives; 
Support the HR Projects team in executing the projects agenda for 2026; 
Connect input & brainstorm ideas; 
Take ownership of projects and initiatives; 
Contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

You are independent, accurate, and can also work well in a team; 
Have an interest in doing project-based work.

To apply for this role it is important that you qualify for the following:

You are available for an internship starting February of 2026 (for 5-6 months), for 32-40 hours per week; 
You are willing to be in the office at least 3 times a week;
You are registered at a Dutch Hogeschool or University; 
Experience in leading and executing projects (study projects included); 
You are currently enrolled in a study related to HRM, Strategic Innovation Management, International Business or similar on HBO/WO level; 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
