For a world-leading superyacht builder we’re looking for a Production Engineer who can bridge the gap between Engineering and Production. You ensure that complex one-off yacht designs become flawlessly buildable, solving technical challenges and keeping quality high on the shop floor.

What you’ll do

Validate drawings & 3D models for manufacturability
Solve technical issues during production
Align with production teams, suppliers, and engineering disciplines
Safeguard quality, feasibility, and progress

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in yacht or shipbuilding engineering

Required Skills

AutoCAD 3D, Cadmatic
Experience with one-off constructions (equipment, integration, exterior)
Strong communication skills
