Fini is an AI-first platform resolving millions of enterprise support tickets. We are moving beyond simple chatbots to build autonomous agents that proactively solve problems.

Backed by YCombinator, Matrix Partners, and angels from Uber & Intercom, we are currently scaling our core infrastructure from 5M to 500M queries. We are transitioning from "0 to 1" to "1 to 100" and we need builders with the grit to handle that velocity.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Engineer to help define how enterprises handle AI support. This is a high-agency role for an engineer who cares about about shipping beyond simply picking up tickets. You’ll be engineering the core AI automation workflows that power millions of customer interactions for the world's biggest brands. You will combine product intuition with architectural rigor.

What you will do

• Engineer end-to-end: Build robust web-app features (Frontend + Backend) that define the user journey.
• Own the UX:  Design interfaces for AI observability and configuration. You will sweat the details to make complex systems feel simple.
• Build trust: Create comprehensive evals infrastructure so customers can validate AI quality themselves.
• Architect for scale: Design APIs, real-time data sync, and infrastructure ready for growth without technical debt.
• Ship fast, iterate faster: Use tools like Claude Code to accelerate your workflow while maintaining high standards.

Who you are

• Top-tier technical foundation: You have a STEM degree and strong CS fundamentals. You value first-principles thinking over following trends.
• Web engineering fluency: You have hands-on experience with modern web development (Frontend/Backend) and know how to build systems that work.
• High ownership: You have experience in a high-growth startup or a strong engineering environment. You want to own the outcome, not just the code.
• Builder: You have a track record of sticking with hard problems, shipping products, and iterating on them based on real usage.

Nice to have

• Experience with  React, NestJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and Python .
• Experience building Agentic workflows, Voice AI, or LLM-based applications.
