Programme Manager (Corporate Real Estate & Facility Services)

As a supplier to one of our biggest organisations, I am seeking for a Programme Manager for a 4-month+ contract in Netherlands

Responsibilities

The Programme Manager is responsible for the internal start-up and coordination of the process. In this role, you will act as a representative of the department in the tender process and work closely with various internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and Risk & Compliance, as well as with the external project lead responsible for the external components of the process. You will take care of the internal process, governance and progress monitoring and play a key role in realizing a successful execution of the tender process.

Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in project or program management within complex, multidisciplinary processes.
• Demonstrable experience with tender processes (RFI/RFP) and contract management in a corporate environment.
• Experience with facility services, property management or related domains
• Familiar with governance structures and stakeholder management at senior level.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Dutch Speaking
