What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and scale a portfolio of high-performing Pay-Per-Call affiliates
• Hunt for new opportunities and close deals with publishers that can deliver real volume
• Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships and push for aggressive growth
• Optimize campaigns based on data — not guesswork
• Work closely with our advertiser sales team to match demand with quality traffic
• Monitor compliance and stay one step ahead of issues
• Act fast, think smart, and never settle

What You Bring:

• 2+ year experience in the Pay-Per-Call affiliate marketing space (non-negotiable)
• A proven track record of  scaling traffic and delivering ROI
• Strong commercial instincts — you  see opportunity before others do
• Basic knowledge of online advertising, tracking tools, and affiliate platforms
• Creative and analytical —  you’re not just a middleman
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Bonus if you’ve got a university background or think on that level
• Team player with  high EQ and a relentless drive to win
