Senior Quality Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to join a leading Medical Device organization. This is a 12-month contract, offering the opportunity to lead and manage critical quality and compliance programs across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational aspects of projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Act as liaison between project teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Manage development and implementation of products and services with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs, and prepare status reports.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement effective corrective actions.
• Develop mechanisms to track and improve project efficiency and quality.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years in the medical device industry, with a strong background in Field Corrective Actions (FCA), CAPA, or product quality management.
• 10+ years of project management experience, 5+ years in program management.
• Strong understanding of FDA (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, EU MDR, and other relevant medical device regulations.
• Proven experience leading FCA and CAPA processes within a regulated environment.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS).
• Strong technical writing skills.
