We are seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to join a leading Medical Device organization. This is a 12-month contract, offering the opportunity to lead and manage critical quality and compliance programs across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational aspects of projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Act as liaison between project teams, management, and stakeholders.
- Manage development and implementation of products and services with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs, and prepare status reports.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop mechanisms to track and improve project efficiency and quality.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years in the medical device industry, with a strong background in Field Corrective Actions (FCA), CAPA, or product quality management.
- 10+ years of project management experience, 5+ years in program management.
- Strong understanding of FDA (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, EU MDR, and other relevant medical device regulations.
- Proven experience leading FCA and CAPA processes within a regulated environment.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS).
- Strong technical writing skills.
