Senior Account Executive - Remote

Location: Netherlands (Remote)

Compensation: €70,000–€80,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE up to €130,000)

The Opportunity: Open, expand and own the Benelux Market

This is a rare opportunity to build up a new market for a proven leader in the flex workspace technology space.

As the Senior Account Executive for Benelux, you’ll take full ownership of the region, from co-defining the go-to-market strategy with the Sales Director and identifying prospects, to closing deals and shaping long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the expansion of our client’s SaaS and connectivity solutions across the Benelux region.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals with real estate owners, flex workspace operators, and enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline using proven methodologies such as BANT or MEDDPICC.
  • Apply a data-driven, consultative sales approach: identifying client pain points and tailoring value-driven solutions.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events, conferences, and webinars to build awareness and relationships.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and performance tracking through CRM tools.
  • Act as the face of the brand in the region and as the foundation for future team growth in Europe.

About You

  • 3 to 4+ years’ experience in SaaS (ideally PropTech, or flexible workspace sales) , with a focus on new business development.
  • Understanding of real estate , flex workspace , or connectivity technology solutions OR an experience selling to any type of properties within SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong pipeline discipline and structured approach to qualification and deal management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insight into action.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, able to thrive without a large support structure.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch (Dutch fluency is a must for this role).
  • Based in the Netherlands and comfortable with regional travel.
