Our client, a fast-growing engineering company specialised in advanced liquid-cooling systems, is looking for a Sales Manager – Central Europe to join their commercial team. Their high-reliability solutions are used in critical applications such as marine propulsion , offshore energy systems, and industrial power electronics across Europe.
This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on driving growth in the Netherlands , Germany , and Denmark . You will be responsible for expanding business with OEMs, system integrators, EPCs, and shipyards across the region. This is a remote role and can be based in either the Netherlands or Germany, with regular travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and expand the customer base across NL, DE, and DK
- Identify and acquire new customers in the marine, energy, and industrial sectors
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
- Build long-term relationships with shipyards, integrators, and industrial clients
- Coordinate technical and commercial offers with the Finnish HQ
- Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events
- Manage your pipeline, CRM data, and sales forecasts with structure and accuracy
- Monitor market developments and competitor activities
- Contribute to the overall regional growth strategy and customer mapping
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical B2B sales and long-cycle project-driven sales
- Background in marine, offshore, energy, or industrial automation sectors
- Hunter mindset with strong business development capabilities
- Comfortable discussing technical specifications and offering value-driven solutions
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales pipeline management
- Fluent English, Dutch and German is required
- Based in the Netherlands or Germany, and open to regular travel in the region
