Job Opening: Manufacturing Process Technician

We’re looking for a results-driven Manufacturing Process Technician with strong technical skills, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a GMP-regulated, high-tech production environment. You will help ensure timely delivery of high-quality medicines while driving continuous improvement across our operations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor (semi)-automated production lines
• Perform change-overs, troubleshooting, and process adjustments
• Collect, document, and analyze process data
• Work in SAP/MES and follow SOPs
• Ensure product quality, safety, and GMP compliance
• Identify improvement opportunities (LEAN mindset)
• Collaborate with operators, line leads, and supervisors
• Execute shift handovers and support investigations/escalations

Qualifications

• 10+ years manufacturing experience (GMP/GDP/ISO preferred)
• 5+ years LEAN / Six Sigma / CI experience (Yellow/Green Belt)
• Experience with SAP/MES and Standard Operating Procedures
• MBO technical/process education (VAPRO A/B a plus)
• Proficient in Dutch & English

You will work in the ABR production hall, operating within one of 9 automated lines alongside highly skilled teammates in a fast-paced, regulated, and safety-focused environment.
