This is a  true Co-Founder position where you build, own and shape an entire investment vertical alongside the founder and the leadership team.

Turn YOUNG Real Estate Investments into a  long-term equity engine for the entire group — scaling from  our tenants portfolio across three markets, while building the first  YOUNG Real Estate Fund with our AIFM partner.

You architect the fund.
