Job Description Salesforce EU Admin Support Lead The Salesforce Support Administrator leads the Salesforce maintenance and support team, ensuring smooth daily operations of the CRM platform. This role is responsible for managing incidents, maintaining SLAs, and applying ITSM best practices to deliver high-quality support services. Lead the Salesforce support team in day-to-day operations and incident resolution activities.
Monitor and manage incoming support requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with defined SLAs.
Apply ITSM best practice principles to manage incidents, problems, and service requests effectively.
Maintain system health, perform routine tasks / checks, and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvements in support processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior support staff.
Coordinate with Salesforce developers and business analysts for issue escalation and resolution.
Document support procedures and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.
