Key tasks

• Develop and maintain training programs focused on high-end hospitality, member engagement, and sales excellence.
• Deliver in-person and virtual sessions for new hires and existing staff (club managers, hospitality managers and hosts).
• Conduct weekly assessments and propose regional training plans based on performance and feedback.
• Support clubs on-site to identify service gaps and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers, Club Managers, Sales, and HR to align training with business goals.
• Provide insights to continuously enhance hospitality and sales delivery across all locations.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience delivering hospitality-focused training, ideally in premium gyms, retail, or hotels.
• Strong background in member service and sales.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Highly flexible and available for daily travel, evenings, and weekends.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) – this is a must-have.
• Preferably holds a degree in hospitality, business, or commercial studies.
