End User Support Specialist with SCCM:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced End User Support Specialist with SCCM for a long contract based in Amsterdam.

Its paying well and my client can interview asap!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure client computer systems
  • Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot issues
  • Contact clients to gather problem details and diagnose hardware/software/network issues
  • Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access tools
  • Recommend and deliver solutions that meet client requirements
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and software
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and connectivity issues
  • Perform IMAC for network printers and manage related service drivers
  • Issue and track loaner PCs and peripheral devices
  • Install and configure user desk phone devices; provide training if required
  • Support L2/L3 teams with onsite touch support for unreachable devices
  • Install/de-install Audio Visual equipment and handle conference room cabling
  • Manage tape handling and offsite storage for in-scope locations
  • Conduct site surveys for major IT-related work
  • Advise on hardware/software upgrades
  • Provide basic user training on computer operations and management
