End User Support Specialist with SCCM:
For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced End User Support Specialist with SCCM for a long contract based in Amsterdam.
Its paying well and my client can interview asap!
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure client computer systems
- Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot issues
- Contact clients to gather problem details and diagnose hardware/software/network issues
- Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access tools
- Recommend and deliver solutions that meet client requirements
- Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and software
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and connectivity issues
- Perform IMAC for network printers and manage related service drivers
- Issue and track loaner PCs and peripheral devices
- Install and configure user desk phone devices; provide training if required
- Support L2/L3 teams with onsite touch support for unreachable devices
- Install/de-install Audio Visual equipment and handle conference room cabling
- Manage tape handling and offsite storage for in-scope locations
- Conduct site surveys for major IT-related work
- Advise on hardware/software upgrades
- Provide basic user training on computer operations and management
