Mechanical Commissioning Engineer - Data Centre

Mechanical Commissioning Engineer | 6-Month Contract | Groningen

I’m partnering with a global engineering & commissioning consultancy supporting hyperscale and mission-critical facilities. We’re looking for a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to support end-to-end commissioning for large-scale data centre projects.

What You’ll Do

• Support all mechanical commissioning activities from design review through final turnover.
• Develop mechanical test procedures, MOPs, SOPs, SOOs, and checklists.
• Execute mechanical and integrated systems tests to verify performance and design intent.
• Review submittals, drawings (including P&IDs), and specifications for accuracy.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of data centre & commissioning experience (mechanical focus).
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and fluid flow.

This is an initial 6-month contract, available to start on the 5th January, options on rotation and paid on an hourly basis.
